1. General This website is operated by Regen Pillow, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Regen Pillow. "You" refers to the customer visiting or purchasing from this site.

2. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Full payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Regen Pillow is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated eligibility conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability Regen Pillow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Regen Align is not a medical device. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Regen Pillow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support.
